WOW! Great ideas here and right to the point. WOW! Great ideas here and right to the point. This book is good for all adults, of any age, not just Boomers. It will really get you thinking about ways to make your life even better.

Loved It: Wonderful Insight!!! I just got the book today and couldn’t put it down. It got me thinking about my life and what I can do right away to make it even better. I especially loved the chapters about “celebrating” all the little things that happen everyday (I need to do that more) and techniques to use my “breathing” to create a calmer state of mind/more peace. I’m going to reread these chapters first thing tomorrow.

Rachel says:

Great Read! I really liked the whole book, but what I liked best about Boomers’ Guidebook was the question to reflect on at the end of each chapter. Those questions pushed me to really look at myself and also gave me the impetus to experiment with some approaches I’ve never tried before. Really good stuff!
