Total disappointment I was extremely excited to find these pumps, as I have owned Kenneth Cole REACTION pumps for several years and LOVED the style and comfort of the shoes. These do not measure up at all! For one, they look poorly made- you can see glue around the front where the sole meets the upper part of the shoe. This screams poor workmanship. Secondly, they are very uncomfortable. Lack of support, wrong shape for the arch, lack of space in the front- this shoe was not at all what my previous KC Reaction pumps were like. Total disappointment.
Adorable shoe The shoe and style is absolutely adorable. Great quality. Shoe runs a little small though. At least the ones I ordered. I am going to return them and try a size up.

Painful Very uncomfortable design. The front will not stretch because it is synthetic. It cuts into both sides of the top of your feet.
