I knew the secrets but always good to be reminded. Nothing earth shattering as I had hoped. It is a good gateway to some other books on the subject.

I almost put this book down after the first few chapters but then it got much better. Whether or not regressive hypnosis involves an individual actually seeing or experiencing past lifetimes or whether its the subconscious mind creating the visions, there is some very interesting testimony about such experiences and great practical advice and tips to help one navigate through the mystical experience we call life on earth.
