This spoon rest is the perfect shade of blue for a cottage or beachy kitchen. The opal blue glaze is the color of the sky on gorgeous a summer day. Makes a beautiful accent piece for any kitchen. This spoon rest is hand thrown on the potters wheel using a buff stoneware clay. It is then fired, glazed in my lead-free, non-toxic opal blue, and fired again. This spoon rest measures approximately 5 inches in diameter, and 3/4 inches tall. Each piece is unique, so please allow for slight variation in size and color. Your spoon rest is one of a kind, how cool is that! Like all Joyful Clay pottery, this spoon rest is dishwasher safe, microwaveable, and safe for food.
