SHEER DELIGHT This book is sheer delight from beginning to end. I wish I could give it a 10 star. The spirit of Christmas is imbued within this book and is contagious. I will not enumerate everything that you will learn from this book, because then I would have to write a book about it.So I will restrain myself to what this book will ignite in you: Love, Joy, Courage, Hope, Generosity, Fun, Creativity, Motivation – all with capital letters.Dwell on this: Most people have no qualms about putting in the rubbish dump an item they have paid hundreds of dollars for, but they will hang on to a torn, roughly drawn piece of paper from a child, or a card from a friend that evokes sentiments that are the most precious things we can hold on to, the worthwhile memories. This book awakens you to the reality that the memories we create for ourselves and others become the true substance of our lives.

Revitalize your Christmas with this book! Christmas is sneaking up on our family and I am wanting to make some great memories this season. This book gives lots of ideas that can easily be added to our busy lives! I love the first idea of the calendar paper chain starting at Thanksgiving. Some of the ideas in this book are things that remind us of childhood events we had and always wanted to implement but forgot. Others are new ideas of gifts or service that help us to pass on our values to our kids and their friends. Thanks, Connie, for reminding us that making warm memories doesn’t have to be elaborate or expensive and thanks for helping us live life on purpose. (Review by my wife, Amy.)
