TROUBLE SHOOTING
1) Reconnect the Right and Left Earbuds: a) disconnect the earbuds from your phone, or turn off your phone’s Bluetooth; b) turn both Earbuds on; c) hold the Vol+ “>” button (the one closes to ear hook) on BOTH earbuds for 6-8 sec, until you hear the sound of “du”… d) should be re-connected…
2) Notice: when making/answering a call, only the left headset has sound and can be operated. It doesn’t mean the right headset is defective.
