Single-cam com with heart I just really wanted to use that headline. If Scrubs threw away the heavy-handed attempts at character development, it would be Happy Endings. This sort of “60 jokes per second” style rises or falls based on it’s writing and delivery, and, both are stellar. Eliza Coupe and Damon Wayans Jr, who play a couple on the show, are the two standouts.
Laughed Out Loud Literally. This is such a funny show. The characters are hilarious and even though the storylines are bazaar I don’t care because its so much fun to watch.
Witty fun dialogue Kind of a “Modern Family” made up of a young group of friends in Chicago. The dialogue is always witty and entertaining and the storyline are never run of the mill predictable. Very fun show for all mature audiences!!
