There are things that you can put into action TODAY to improve your life and happiness. I will be keeping this guide very close and you should too!
Great guide! It’s so nice to read a book like this written by someone who actually had “real” problems and turned her life around AND is an accomplished writer. The book was super digest-able and I’ll definitely be applying her techniques.
