I am Troy and I will go down laughing.
I’m so full of joy and laughter that everyone sees me as a harmless young man, someone they have to protect. What they don’t understand is that I grew up with no real family and I know well how to take care of myself.
Now I have a family, my girls who are like sisters to me and my wonderful Dreughan family. There is nothing I wouldn’t do for my family, I’ve already killed for them and I would do it again with no remorse.
As a part of attempts to end the war I am sent to the Waterfolk and to my surprise I find that I have family there too, and I’m happy even though it tears me apart to have family on both sides in the war that never ends.
Then suddenly I have to do everything I can to protect my family, my families. If it ends the war then they are safe… but it looks like I’ll be paying a high price.
