simple helpful guide…. highly recommended Happiness Rehab is a delightful and helpful short guide to being more creative. This book is excellent for anyone that wants to be more aware of life’s surroundings and wants to get back to their youthful, creative self. You see all of those 150-200 page books about Psychology and how the brain works…. many of which make the same case as this one and try to explain to you how your thought life and such are connected to your overall happiness and creativity. Well this book has hit the nail on the head in less time and in easy to read simple language.Just the way I like it! Thumbs up all the way.
