Meg Scott is a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher. She trained with Dr. Madan Kataria, the founder of Laughter Yoga, a family physician from Mumbai, India in 2007. Her background is in art education. Since February 2008, Meg has trained and certified over 100 Laughter Yoga Leaders during her 2-day workshops. During the winter months, she hosts a free laughter club on Fort Myers Beach and is the author of Happy Hour Without the Hangover, a self-published booklet for Laughter Yoga professionals who lead laughter clubs. She also offers laughter sessions for social and business clubs, groups and associations. Meg is part of a movement promoting joy, good health and world peace through laughter clubs in 60 countries.

It’s not only fun, but it lifts your mood, boosts the immune system, increases lung capacity and exercises the abdominal muscles, diaphragm and much more.
