Not knowing much about yoga I bought this game to learn (which I can do in the privacy of my home) as well as to play with my friends. The game not only explains and illustrates the poses, it also informs you of the health benefits that come from practicing yoga. So all in all, it not only is a fun game to play but an educational tool for beginners like myself. Thank you Dr. Amy J for creating a wonderful approach to learn and grow with yoga!
