Can’t really state it more succinctly than that. The pendant separated from dust plug within days of light use. I’m sure some adorable kid will find a cute little owl on the floor of the grocery store, or where ever it fell off, so I guess that warrants 1 star.
This is such a cute charm!! It’s a really great quality product. Very well made and a great deal. Everyone always wants to know where I bought it!
