Ancient wisdom tells of a story about an old man on an ark with lots of animals, who was saved from a big flood. – even societies that were not influenced by Judaic-Christian-Muslim beliefs have archaic versions of this tale as a part of their folklore. However, did you know that according to ancient tradition, after the flood Noah was given 7 Commandments? (No, NOT the 10 Commandments – that happened much later!) These commandments were given for the benefit of mankind to help establish a new world order of contentment and bliss and they became the world-wide recipe and the basis for the 7 Ancient Keys to Happiness. In every single culture, continent and society, some of these keys are found in one form or another, which is proof of their timeless wisdom.
Using these 7 Ancient Keys to Happiness we are going to be guided
through an exciting, pre-tested and successful path to bliss. So get ready to open your mind to a different and ancient reality and join us on this mystical path to the City of Happiness.

A great gift for yourself, troubled-teens or anyone searching for a great life.

New perspectives of commonly given advice If you read this book with an open mind and willingness to try some of the specific exercises, you will be amazed at how it can change your perspective on your current concerns.I knew some of the advice would be suggestions I heard before, but believed it wouldn’t hurt to hear it over again for reinforcement. But I definitely learned NEW ways to deal with old problems. Because the author gives you concrete actions on how to implement the advice and great examples, you are encouraged to really try to look within and deal with specific problems. I had two major concerns that kept me up at night. What a revelation to look at these things from a different perspective and LET GO! How freeing! I “purchased” this book free on Kindle, but I am purchasing hard copies for myself (for reference) and for my daughters (to share a book that I believe may greatly impact their lives.) This is one of those books where I feel even if you walk away with two or three new pieces of great coping skills, it was worth it.
Happiness in daily steps I read many self-help books and always get a few gems from each of them. The issues in this book are EXACTLY what I’ve been working on with my therapist. It’s broken down into daily chunks with tangible exercises including a section on “why should I?”The only thing I would quarrel with is the section on giving people advice/feedback–WAY too complicated. I like this recipe better (though I have hardly mastered it): 1) Did they ask for it? 2) Can they actually DO something with the feedback? 3) Say it with kindness 4) Give it only once or possibly twice. If they don’t do anything with it then they really don’t want to do anything differently and just tell them you can’t listen to the complaint/issue anymore because you have nothing new to add.
comprehensive and thoughtful If you can get past the ebook version’s typos and formatting error (many of which I reported to Amazon & have been promised will be fixed soon), the lessons here are worth reading through. The scope of the 90 lessons go far beyond what I’ve seen in most other self-help books. I found myself bookmarking throughout and plan to read it again.
