In the Old West, the wily snake oil salesman had a special talent, getting the most skeptical customers to buy the most dubious products. Now it’s your turn! Invent your own zany two-word products – Rumor Mirror! Burp Balloon! – and sell them to all types of wacky customers. If the round’s customer buys your product, you win! To set up, each player takes six purple word cards. The customer for the round draws a red customer card and announces it. Inventors quickly combine two purple word cards from their hand to form a crazy new product to sell to that customer. When ready, they put their two word cards face down on the table. In clockwise order, each inventor quickly pitches his or her product directly to the customer. The customer can end any pitch that goes longer than 30 seconds. The customer decides which product to buy and gives the inventor of that product the round’s customer card as the prize. Inventors discard all used word cards and take two new word cards each. The player to the left of the customer becomes the next round’s customer. Play repeats until each player has been the customer once. Whoever collects the most customer cards wins.

You’ll grow relationship and share inside jokes– for awkward families, old friends, and new colleagues We LOVE this game! We pack this whenever we go on a trip and I keep a new box in my gift-stash closet for anytime I get invited to a birthday party and I need to bring a gift. This is an amazing game in that it’s appropriate to play with kids, grandparents, friends from church, etc. and, depending on your group, your conversation can slip into the gutter and become pee-your-pants funny! This is also a great way to start out a weekend away with another couple or family because you’ll wind up referring to your new inside-jokes and cracking each other up for the next couple of days.Be careful with your ego, though. I’m in the world of sales & marketing and when we visited our friends who are both ER Drs., they absolutely wiped the floor with me… so much for my skill-set!
Great game We love this game. Our kids (7, 6, and 4) love the storytelling aspect. They often ask to play it, and easily understand the concept of creating a product to sell to the determined customer. It’s a great time for us. We’re avid boardgamers, so our kids have had experience playing a good deal of games. But even still, this game is well-suited for 6+.
Hilarious!! I bought this for my husband to play at his birthday party. It was the hit of the party. We are still laughing about some of the things our guests made up to try and sell to us during the game. This game is easy to understand and play. It says it is for ages 10 and up buy my 7-year-old has played it and was great at it. This game is for ALL ages, young and not-so-young! Get ready to laugh!!
