Whether you make one-hundred dollars a week, a thousand dollars a week, or a ten-thousand dollars a week really makes no difference when it comes to giving a part of your wealth away.
I met someone a year ago who has had a profound impact on my life. Well, two people really. And I met them both in the same place at the same time at a seminar. The second person I’ll talk about later on. The first, Lynden, I made a connection with almost instantly. We talked a small amount throughout the workshop and decided to exchange numbers at the end of the day. When we met, her income was probably…well, it was larger than mine. Over time, our friendship grew stronger –we were able to talk to each other about things which we felt no one else would understand.
Most of my goals at the time of our meeting were certainly attainable, but many required more funds to achieve them than I had in the safe. I was up and down. Fiscally, I was in a rut to say the least! Lynden was there through every fall. She always had my best interests at heart. Her mindset was, “It will always come back to you”. So in many ways, not just financially, she helped me to get a grip on life and get me on my own two feet.
Guess what? It DID come back to her. She was making an excellent income then, but at the time of this writing it has since doubled.
As for me, I’ve gotten my head on straight, my bank roll in check, and I’m on the track to a different destination. Had it not been for her monetary generosity, I wouldn’t be writing this. And though she will probably never ask me to repay her in cash, I bet that list of yard work has gotten pretty long by now.

TOUCHING Words cannot express how I felt when I read this little book, perhaps because it was directly addressed to me, but more than that,it was the realization that something small that I had offered would make such a HUGE difference in a person’s life. This was the eye opener for me Matt Bishop, you have opened yet another door for me to walk through and explore. I recommend this book because it will speak to you in many different ways, as it did me. The surface, anyone can see and touch but to look beneath the surface is the key to get beyond your boundaries and limitations.
