I purchased clock in December 2012 as a 60th anniversary present for my parents. By March 14 it was malfunctioning. The clock face does not close completely after playing music and the center pendulum stopped turning. Installing new batteries did not fix the problem. After I made contact, Amazon was quick to respond but the seller (LB Discounters) never responded to Amazon’s inquiry. Now I have to contact the manufacturer. This is becoming a nightmare.
