Great book, nice philosophy Like the philosopher Socrates said, the highest “good” that “all men aim for is happiness”. This is a subject that seems to slip further and further away as the media clouds us in a confusing world. In this book, Stephen does a great job at explaining how to live a truly happy and uncluttered life. Especially wonderful are his activities – afterall, happiness can’t be achieved just by sitting down and doing nothing. It must be sought after.

Although I don’t agree with everything in this book, I do agree with most of it and enjoy the author’s positive outlook on life. I especially liked his section about looking for the good in people. That is very important in living a happier life. I also agree with the author that traveling is very important. It really can change your life and make you enjoy life to its fullest. The tips are basic but useful. Overall, it’s a good read.
