While cottons are pre-shrunk by the manufacturer, they could still shrink a little if washed or dried on hot. Allowing for possible shrinkage after washing, here are the minimum measurements: YOUTH SIZING… Youth X-Small = 15 inches wide and 18.5 long. Youth Small = 16 inches wide and 20 long. Youth Medium = 17 inches wide and 21.5 long. Youth Large = 18 inches wide and 22.5 long. Youth XL = 19 inches wide and 25 long.
