My dog’s favorite toy ever! We have a 1 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Buddy. He is a great dog, very calm and laid back, which is good for our kids (the youngest is 5). Buddy rarely gets very excited about anything. The only exception is when he sees another dog when we are out for a walk, and then he loves to run to the other dog and socialize.Buddy has a large collection of traditional dog toys, which he tends to play with for less than a minute when we get them out, but then he quickly gets bored. When our 5 year old received the Chuckle Buddies rolling puppy as a Christmas present from her aunt, however, Buddy was *very* excited and fascinated by it, as you can see from the video. His reaction to this toy is probably more intense than his reaction to other dogs. He was a little afraid of it at first but quickly became comfortable with it, but still gets very excited and stimulated when we get it out. So Chuckle Buddies is now *our* Buddy’s favorite toy, by a mile!Of course this toy has not been designed as a doggy toy, so I would recommend not leaving it with your dog unsupervised. Our Buddy is so stimulated by this toy that we limit his time with it to 5 to 10 minutes, anyway. He does nip at it now, with no ill effects so far, but my 5 year old got worried about it being damaged so we bought a second Chuckle Buddy just for her.
So funny! I bought this toy for a little girl with special needs. I have 2 special needs daughters ages 4 and 8 and they both love this toy. It is so funny to listen to and all of the adults watching it cannot stop laughing too.You will have to open the stomach area to cut it on and off or else it will just continue to play as long as things are moving around it.I am now ordering one for my children.
