Poor quality compared to other products I have owned and installed several bidets over the years, but this product seems to be poory constructed and has poor quality control. The unit I received was defective due to poor build quality and poor materials of internal components. I installed the unit, ensured everything was connected properly, turned it on… nothing. After verifying water was reaching the unit I determined there was a problem inside the unit. I took it apart and found a folded kink in the cheap clear plastic tubing about 1 inch past the valve. I cut the kink and reconnected the un-kinked hose to the valve, reassembled the unit and presto it worked.The small diameter tubing used inside the unit means it has a lower water-pressure than other units. The valve is a two-piece plastic design that is held together by the external housing of the unit, I had it blow into two pieces from standard water pressure when testing it. After looking at the quality of parts I am afraid to leave it connected to water and expect to come home and find the unit blown apart and leaking water. Thinking about installing an automatic stop-leak valve, just in case.It otherwise works as advertised, just at lower pressure than other units.

Bidet C1 We have used this product for a few days now and are very pleased with it. The installation was quick and simple and I think it was complete in less than 20 minutes.Using cold water supply is a bit different but not uncomfortable. I would say to anyone considering a bidet, it's a great value and quite sure you will be pleased.

Great customer service Order the MB110 12/22 installed 12/23, the sprayer would not consistently return to the closed position. Only support was thru webpage Completed form and submitted trouble ticket. Today 12/27 received the upgraded model C1 at no charge. Installed and works great. This new model (C1) dial clicks into each setting for consist water pressure. Great customer service. I’m buying another
