I started this book last night. I thought I’d take a quick look before bed…..I gave up on brief look idea fairly quickly and resigned myself to a tired next day.Great story with a build of tension right from the start. This Authors books are consistently very good.

This is the first horror book I’ve read for a while (more accurately, it’s a ‘novella, but at this price you can’t quibble!) that really hit all the right buttons. It’s terrifying, properly, and downright creepy – top marks! I won’t say anything about what happens, because it’d spoil it, but it’s well worth a read, as are Mr. Shaw’s other books – top notch, all of them.
