<strong>Good Product</strong> The carbamde peroxide is a great product. Like others have stated, it will burn your gums and the roof of your mouth. Make sure you keep your syringes in the refrigerator to prolong life, use the blue light. (it helps). The onlly negative thing is those crazy trays.TIP: use plastic wrap. Place a small dot of peroxide from the tube on each tooth, then cover your teeth with the plastic wrap. That way you get more of the product directly on your teeth and you do not have the discomfort of having those horrible trays in your mouth. Also, you get less product on your gums,, too.Don't tell your friends that you are whitening your teeth, and you will notice that in a couple of days, they will start looking at your mouth when you are speaking to them. At first they won't say anything, but eventually someone will ask, "What's up with your teeth?".:-)

<strong>"Whitener" is probably a tad misleading, but it still delivers</strong> Expect the gel to "brighten" your smile, over a period of weeks. The stuff works, but it will be a continuous effort on your part. Every day, every other day, or once a week, as much as your gums can take. If you have really sensitive gums, be prepared for some tingling and short bursts of pain. No worse than pouring hydrogen peroxide over an open wound (ouch!). The good news is, my gums got used to it pretty quick. The first time, I felt burning sensations. The next couple times, it wasn't so bad. Now I can use it and hardly know it's there.I have two teeth that are more yellow than the others, so I've been experimenting on just those two. The good news? The yellow is definitely diminishing. The bad news? Well, not so bad, but it will take treatment after treatment until you see a celebrity's smile staring back at you in the mirror. However, I don't know how long it will take to get to that point.Let's put it this way, if your teeth are yellow because of coffee, tea, smoking or other very staining consumables, and you STILL do those things whilst whitening, your progress will take a very long time. And you will probably be re-staining your newly brightened teeth, making the whole process seem like an exercise in futility. My yellowing agent of choice is iced tea. I drink it daily, and I figured my progress would be terrible. However, I started drinking my tea through a straw, and wah la! I am seeing my yellow disappear slowly and surely. It's not a get-white-quick process, but if you persist, and are careful about how you consume your favorite staining products, you'll be quite pleased with the near-celebrity smile you are creating. On side note, my wife says if you're teeth are healthy, where you still have most of your enamel, the process will go faster, as opposed to having less enamel (where staining may have been deeper - past the enamel).Good luck!
