The author speaks of exercise and nutrition, which has always been a huge part of my life.  The effects of both on my depression has worked better then any medication. As far as healthy relationships go, when asked, most centenarians agreed that this is the most important factor in their lives.]]></description>

The author gets deep into being positive and explaining how important your body being in shape is. I thought the chapter on maintaining relationships with people was awesome. It also shows how being grateful is the step toward your happiness. Recommended if you want to be happy finally! Pick it up!]]></description>
