As a goal coach I also appreciate the fact the author discusses how to set goals which in my opinion is vital to living a life you love.There are hundreds of tips on dealing with everything we face in life. I loved the chapter on stress and she makes a great point when she says and I quote &quot;Assessing the causes of your stress can be a valuable step towards managing the symptoms.&quot; You will never be stress free without first discovering the causes.I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with self-esteem or wants to discover a better life. Awesome book.]]></description>
