I cleaned it up only to find more water after minute or so. Although there was no visible hole or damage to the mug, it continued to leak. I was also disappointed that I was unable to just exchange it for a new one. I had to request a refund and order a new mug. I’ve not yet done so as I’d like to see more reviews on the quality of the item. Hopefully it was only the one I got that was defective.
