very good! i rarely write reviews for anything i buy online, but i was too satisfied with my purchase that i wanted to share it.first, the design: this looks better in person than on the web. the black one looked rather mundane compared to other colors on photos (the white cover looked really good on the white ipad — only time i wished i had bought white ipad), but i still picked the black one only because i had a black ipad — and wow, it actually looks perfect together in person. the texture, feels, and everything — i’m very impressed. this is especially reassuring because earlier, i had bought smart cover from Apple Store and i had returned it because i didn’t like how it actually looked together.second, the functionality: sleep/wake works just fine as it should. i also tested stand in two positions: upright (high) and typing-stance (low). both positions worked very good for me and seemed sturdy enough.overall, this is something i can definitely recommend to other ipad mini users.

Great Case for the iPad Great case. Very high quality. Smart cover works very well.I've used this case for about a week now and I haven't had any problem with it.Feels great and very sturdy.5/5

The perfect iPad case for the minimalist that needs protection from small drops and bumps Think of the official ipad mini case but with a backing. All in same color though. Perfect auto wake and sleep. Great quality-I got mine in Bronze-very cool, so I also ordered in black. Mood colors LOL. Seriously though, it is without fault: Stand works better than the official one, since it is made of sturdier material, and all cutouts are perfectly aligned. No downsides. Weight is inconsequential, I do not even notice any difference when its on or off. The only thing I would say is that it does not magnetize to the back of the case since there is no bare metal of course….but that is why I purchased so the back could be protected. This does not hinder me when folding back or reading: Ingeniously the cover is designed not to flop around-fairly stiff, but not too stiff at all to fold into the cover. Hope this helps….I also ordered several other covers from other vendors….not so good
