Love it. If you like the circular gates on the american style sticks, then this mod is for you.Works great, makes spinning pile drivers easy again.

Big improvement in SSF4 Big help in executing supers and ultras with shoto characters when my character is on the left side of the screen facing right. Almost immediate results. Eventually, will go back to a square gate once the moves flows like butter…maybe. Try it out, it’s a must have if you’re frustrated with a square gate.

Sanwa GT-Y Octagon Gate Another pro sanwa part available to those looking to change the restrictor gate on their sanwa joystick. I feel this gate has the best of both worlds between square gates and free movement/circle gstes. Quarter rolls become much easier to pull off compared to the square gate and you can do angles without much guess work compared to free movement/circle gates. Installation is a breeze too, take apart your arcade stick and remove the current gate, you do this by pushing in the 4 tabs (easiest done 1 at a time)to release and lift off. place the new gate on and press down to snap into place just as the other one was. Love this part, just make sure your joystick is a real sanwa other wise it wont fit. (fyi, check out lizardlick.com) Enjoy!
