In fact, I have purchased many of them. They all get great laughs, and my baby just loves the attention he gets. However, I find that when he sucks on them too long, (and so far, all of them are the same in this way) saliva builds up inside the nipple part. I find myself boiling them and letting them dry pretty frequently, just to be safe.
