birthday candle I loved the surprise look of everyone when I lit the candle. We used one for my Mothers 90th birthday and another for my granddaughters birthday. Just be sure anyone with long hair should tie it back because it does have a rather large flame.I would purchase agin if they are available.

It was FUN! Overall the singing and animated candle is just really fun. The product might not work as wished, but it lights up the party.At the beginning, we couldn’t really hear the birthday song and had to make people kinda quiet just to be able to hear it; it got slightly louder almost at the end of the song.So, i guess the consistency of the product quality isn’t there yet. If you’re lucky, you’ll get those batch that are perfect, and of course if you’re not so lucky, you’ll probably be disappointed a little bit, but you’ll definitely still see the few seconds of ‘wow’ look on your friends’ or family’s faces.Also, just fyi, you don’t want to start this candle first and bring it out. You want to actually light up the candle in front of the bday person because it opens up and sing immediately when lighted.

FUN! – But probably not for children This candle was an extremely cool birthday surprise. You light the middle, it starts spewing music, then the petals with the individual candles come down and it starts spinning to the music. All-in-all an adorable birthday cake accoutrement.However – the flame that shot up when we first lit the candle was about 9-12 inches tall. And lasted for about a minute or a little under. Which is all well and good when this is for your 26th birthday, but may be not so great for a 3rd or 4th birthday. Parents – just use your discretion. If your kid enjoys flames and moving parts, but knows to stay well and good away from them until a parent says its safe to blow it out – then go for it.Again – FUN! But maybe wait until the birthday person is older!
